Our refund policy exists because our pricing model is outcome-backed. If we fail to deliver the milestones in your enrolment letter, you get a prorated refund. If you decide the program is not for you, we offer a 14-day full refund window — no questions, no gatekeeping.
Milestones
Each program has milestones with dates (e.g., “Resume ready by week 4, first 10 applications sent by week 6, 3 interviews attended by week 10”). These are published in your enrolment letter and tracked in your dashboard.
Refund scenarios
- 14-day cooling off: Full refund, no questions asked.
- We miss a milestone: Pro-rated refund of remaining weeks + a complimentary extension offer.
- You drop out mid-program: No refund beyond 14 days — but you keep lifetime access to cohort materials.
