The Process

Verification
We verify identity, current employment, and run a background check. 24–48 hours.

Domain interview
A 30-min call with our curriculum team. We go deep into your domain. This is the real gate.

Trial session
You do a free trial session with a current student. We score both sides.

Onboarding
Profile goes live. Matched to your first cohort. Payment details set up.
Earnings Model
Paid per mentee, every month.
